INTIAL PROJECT TIMELINES

August 12th - Complete bid materials formally released by Bars & Rec and portal for submitting bid documents is opened
August 14th - Initial walkthrough meetings available
September 13th - Bids due back from sub contractors
August 22nd & August 23rd - Onsite sub contractor walk-through appointments available
September 30th - Sub contractor selections are completed
Late October 2024 - Construction Start
