The brand new Bags Leagues are on Thursday nights at NorthSouth Club 8:00-9:30pm each week. We'll have some drinks, throw some bags, and pretend it's summertime in the city.
Novice to expert bag throwers will have a blast as the competition heats up toward Championship Week. Space is limited! Check out the details below and register or give us a call to book your team before lanes fill up.

Teams of two will compete each week, playing toward the championships in Week 6. Up to four people are allowed per team, only two will play each week.
The first five weeks are regular season nights that will determine the teams who will compete and the seeding for Championship Night (Week 6, November 19).

League FAQs
May I bring my own BAGS?
No - house bags only. Bags will be provided for each board.
Do we need to have the same two players every week?
Nope! You may have up to four people on your team but only two play per week.
Can my friends hang out even if they aren't playing?
Only two wristbands will be issued to each team per League night. Friends without wristbands are welcome to watch, but will not be allowed to throw during games or warm-ups without paying an additional walk-in fee. Limited Space available. Please note, social distancing protocols will be in place during all league play.
Do I have to be really good at BAGS to enjoy leagues?
Heck no! We'll teach you to throw and a good time will be had by all.

SCHEDULE
Regular Season Nightly Schedule:
7:30pm: Team check-in and warm up. Any substitute team members will need to register.
8:00-8:45pm: First round of matches.
8:45-9:30pm: Second round of matches.

$48 per team. This price includes:
STRUCTURE
Two matches will be scheduled for each team every night of the regular season. Matches will begin at approximately 8:00pm and 8:45pm.
OVERVIEW
1. A match consists of multiple sets between 2 teams. The first team to win 3 sets wins the match.
2. A set is won by the first team to win 3 games.
3. A game consists of 2 players (one from each team). Players stand on opposite sides and throw from behind the board. The player with the higher total score during those 5 throws wins the game for their team.
4. Overall match wins and losses will determine playoff qualification and seeding in the Championship Night Tournament.
BASIC RULES
1. A match begins with the “Home” team getting honors. The team with honors throws first as well as announcing their first player to throw. The team without honors throws second and announces their player that will throw second.
2. Honors is awarded in subsequent games to the team that won the previous game.
3. Each player on each team must throw in at least one game per set and no player can throw in back-to-back games in the same set. A player may throw in back-to-back games if one game was the last in the previous set and their second game is the first of a new set.
4. In the event of a tie game, players will alternate throws until one player scores more points on a single throw than the other player. Points on tie breaker throws do not count towards your game score.

Week One:
- Skills Clinic and Orientation
- League play with prizes and drink specials.
- The Championship Tournament will be 3 rounds; a quarterfinal with 8 teams, a semi-finals with the 4 remaining teams, and then the Championship Round of the final 2 teams. A 3rd place match will occur concurrently at this time of the losing teams from the semi-finals. Seeding for the tournament will be determined by each team’s regular season win/loss record.
PRICE
$48 per team. This price includes:
- Entry for one doubles team. Up to four team members, only two play per week, and one individual may not play for two different teams on the same night.
- Regular Season (October 15 - November 19, 2020). Each team gets approximately 90 minutes of play per week (Week 6 will depend on team rankings).
- Grand Prizes for Championship team
- Jack Daniel's and Broken Bat Brewery Drink Specials on league nights.
